Aaron Nesmith had a strong NBA Summer League performance in Las Vegas. The second year man displayed effective long range shooting and the ability to create his shot. While his first hear with the Boston Celtics was focused primarily on the defensive side while he looked to get his shot going, in Las Vegas Nesmith came out of the blocks shooting.

The Celtics lost the Summer League championship game to the Sacramento Kings but Payton Pritchard and Nesmith were the stars of the Celtics squad. Both should see increased playing time for the NBA team back in Boston when the season starts in October. Pritchard had some stellar games up until the last game itself.

Nesmith has a great deal of potential and has been a hard worker in practice in the gym. He has tremendous upside if he can find his groove with the Celtics.
